Join us for an afternoon of movement, connection, and giving back — hosted at Neaumix Fit in Newport Beach and benefiting Laura's House, our ongoing partner supporting survivors of domestic violence in Orange County.

We're gathering about 35 women for a morning built around strength, sisterhood, and purpose:

  • A 50-minute mat Pilates class
  • An empowerment session focused on connection and self-growth
  • Writing letters of encouragement to survivors — a meaningful way to show up for women rebuilding their lives
  • Shopping from local vendors, connecting with the community, and taking home a curated goodie bag
